Endovascular Coiling means treatment of the brain aneurysm from inside the blood vessel, so that there is no need to open the skull. Small metal coils/devices are inserted into the aneurysm through the arteries that run from the groin to the brain.
Our case-
61y/F with on/off headache had large right Paraopthalmic aneurysm.
Treatment with Flow Divertor and coils (internal bypass)
Following the procedure, the lady has been extubated, recovered and discharged.
