Be a part of AMSA-International's annual international conference! AMSA-Nepal is opening calls for Organizing Committee members for EAMSC 2023 NEPAL to be organized in January 2023.
East Asian Medical Students' Conference(EAMSC) is AMSA-International's annual event aimed at bringing together delegates from AMSA members around the globe for a grand exchanges of ideas, knowledge and culture.
A member of the EAMSC Organizing Committee will be expected to coordinate with AMSA-Nepal's EB in preparations before and during the 5-day conference as hosts. We are looking for passionate applicants able to play a dynamic part in several roles throughout the conference.

Eligibility criteria:
Any current MBBS student studying in Nepal
Selection criteria:
Application and interview
Requirements:
1. CV
2. Motivation Letter
3. Entry Fee: Rs. 22,000/-
The entry fee should be paid after the selection. The fee will include international conference experience and full day food and residential package for 4 nights and 5 days in a top-end hotel in Kathmandu.

Entry fee for Nepali general delegates: Rs. 35,000/-
The registration for general delegates will open at the same time as registration for international delegates at a later date. Please note that general delegates are not a part of the organizing committee.
